Coronet Peak

Description "Coronet Peak"

Coronet Peak is good terrain for different levels. However, NZ ski resorts are not as big as the Alps ski resorts although parks are among the best in the world and the panorama as well.

You can also go night skiing in Coronet Peak (a bit pretentious, but if you're there, let's try) on fridays and saturdays.

It's more a family resort as it offers a child care service and it's the closest resort from Queenstown so you can go back to Queenstown every night.

If you buy a season pass, you can go to Cardrona and The Remarkables which are 2 other ski resorts in the surroundings (you still need to take your car or a shuttle from Queenstown as the furthest is 1,5hr from Coronet peak).

Student fare: daily pass 37,5euros
